Ryan, a native of Colorado, joined RFE in 2023 and brings with him extensive hydropower and water resource engineering experience. In his free time, he enjoys the many hobbies that Colorado has to offer including: fly fishing, hiking, off-roading, archery, and snowboarding. His engineering career has taken him from the trenches of sewer linesto underneath waterfalls of Western Africa. Ryan brings a pragmatic approach to design and is committed to finding the best solution.

Prior to joining the RFE team, Ryan spent four years working for a large civil engineering firm located in Denver, Colorado. Working on both domestic and international projects, Ryan designed hydropower stations for private clients and public utilities ranging from 900 kW to 600 MW. He also designed tailings pumping stations and distribution networks for large scale mining operations.
