Anthony Alfini, P.E.

Anthony is a native of Western Colorado and joined RFE at the start of 2021. He brings civil engineering experience from the Roaring Fork Valley, across the Western Slope, and beyond. He and his family enjoy the mountains, rivers, and great people that make the valley such a special place. He strives to develop and maintain lasting client relationships through consistent high-quality engineering and personal client service.

Anthony has a wide range of experience designing and managing projects in both the private and public sectors. His experience is focused on serving the needs of the growing communities of Western Colorado. He provides consultant engineering services and previously serving as a city engineer gives him a unique perspective that helps bring together project stakeholders to work toward successful project outcomes. His experience includes municipal engineering, private development, roadway and trail design, utility planning and design, and stormwater runoff / flood modeling and design. Anthony has provided engineering services for several local municipalities, including the City of Aspen, Pitkin County, Garfield County, Town of Basalt, City of Glenwood Springs, and the City of Rifle among others.
