Big Burn Lift Replacement

Civil Engineering for the New Big Burn Ski Lift in Aspen, CO.

RFE worked with the Aspen Skiing Company planning department to complete the civil engineering for the new, six-person ski lift at Snowmass Ski Resort. The project included the design of supporting utilities, grading of ski slopes, and the incorporation of ski lift drawing form Poma in the civil design. The plans were used to permit the project through Snowmass village and meet forest serve requirements.
