RFE is designing and permitting the infrastructure for a number of phases at Battlement Mesa in Garfield County. These phases are what remains of the buildout of a 3800-acre subdivision in Western Colorado. RFE has completed the Final Plat for Parcel 7 and Half Moon Parcel to date. RFE’s scope was to design the civil infrastructure necessary to support the subdivision including water, sewer, dry utilities, storm and roads. A number of flood plain studies are also part of RFE’s scope. RFE coordinated with the Water and Sanitation (SGM is their engineer) and Garfield County Planning to gain approval for this phase.
