Design Engineer

David Kulish

David started at RFE in January 2026 after completing his master’s degree at Colorado State University, where he focused on hydraulic engineering. Before joining RFE, and during his schooling, David worked in the hydraulics lab at CSU. He facilitated the construction and operation of physical models for large-scale dam projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, the City of Fort Collins, and others.

Outside the office, David enjoys any activity that gets him outdoors, including skiing, fly fishing, hiking, camping, off-roading, and occasionally playing his guitar by the campfire.
